We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Executive Assistant to join a dynamic law firm in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive support to senior professionals, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will thrive on managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships across the business.
\nDay-to-day responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding Executive Assistant support, including managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, event planning, and expenses. \n
- Support business development activities, including networking and updating client communications. \n
- Provide exceptional client service and proactively progress tasks. \n
- Assist with finance and billing activities, including preparing invoices and liaising with finance teams. \n
- Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks where appropriate, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. \n
- Draft correspondence, amend documents, and maintain client and business records. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment, ideally supporting senior professionals or fee earners. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing deadlines. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- High attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients. \n
- Resilient, proactive approach with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges. \n
