Residential Property Solicitor – York or Malton – Hybrid Working We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Property team based in York or Malton. What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage Your Own Caseload – Handle residential sales, purchases, remortgages and other conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. \n
- Advise Clients – Draft and review contracts, titles and leasehold documents while providing clear, practical advice. \n
- Build Relationships – Develop strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and referrers. \n
- Support the Team – Work collaboratively with colleagues and assist in mentoring junior team members. \n
- Deliver Excellent Service – Progress matters efficiently while providing a high standard of client care \n
What We're Looking For:
\n- \n
- 2+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing \n
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or SQE-qualified \n
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Strong analytical ability with a practical, solutions-focused approach \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Partners for Windows (or similar case management systems) \n
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment \n
- Committed to delivering exceptional client care and maintaining the highest professional standards \n
