Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Advisor to join our client in Chertsey. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions within the UK operation, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, supporting employee relations, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week), offering flexibility to work over three full days or five half-days, with significant opportunities for long-term career progression as the business expands. Working closely with senior management and supported remotely by the Group HR Director in South Africa, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee experience and maintaining HR best practices across the organisation.

- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role. \n
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies. \n
- Experience managing employee relations and absence processes. \n
- Ability to prepare payroll information for external providers. \n
- Strong organisational and administration skills, with confidentiality at the core. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. \n
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities. \n
