Warehouse Operative (Picking & Packing) – Immediate Start

Location: KingswinfordJob Type: Full-time, Temporary OngoingPay: £12.71 per hour, early finish every Friday.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and expanding team in Kingswinford. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on picking, packing, and general warehouse duties, offering an immediate start and ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
\n
• Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and packaging
\n
• Loading and unloading deliveries, including use of FLT
\n
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
\n
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
\n
• Assisting with stock checks and keeping stock organised
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse environment
\n
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking or packing role
\n
• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach preferred)
\n
• Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
\n
• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
\n
• Able to work well within a team
\n
