United Care is a fast growing health and social agency. We are are strengthening our team to meet increasing demand. So We are looking for and experienced Carer or someone who is willing to be fully trained to be come a Carer. Mains duties are:

Personal Care: Assisting patients with washing, dressing, and toileting while maintaining privacy and dignity.
\n
Clinical Observations: Taking and recording patient vitals such as blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, and weight.
\n
Nutrition & Hydration: Preparing and serving meals, feeding patients when necessary, and tracking fluid balance.
\n
Mobility Support: Helping patients walk or move around safely using manual handling guidelines.
\n
Communication: Reassuring patients, answering call bells, and passing crucial information about a patient's condition to the nursing team.
