Overview

An exciting and modern residential development in Croydon is looking to appoint a professional and personable Concierge to join their on-site team. This is a key front-facing role, acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at all times.

You will work closely alongside the Building and Facilities Management teams, supporting the day-to-day operations of the development while delivering a high standard of customer service.

This is a full-time, office-based/front-of-house role, working across a structured shift pattern.

Salary is dependent on experience.

Duties

• Act as the main point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
\n
• Manage enquiries, requests and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
\n
• Coordinate with the Building Manager and Facilities team to report and follow up on maintenance issues
\n
• Oversee parcel and key management, ensuring secure handling and accurate record keeping
\n
• Monitor access to the building, maintaining security procedures and visitor logs
\n
• Support the smooth running of the development through proactive communication with residents and internal teams
\n
• Assist with contractor access and ensure all works are appropriately scheduled and logged
\n
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within communal areas (reporting issues where necessary)
\n
• Handle administrative tasks including logging requests, updating systems and maintaining records
\n

What we're looking for

A successful candidate will have strong experience as a residential concierge and be able to commute to Croydon on a full-time basis.
