Project Manager

An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of a major decarbonisation and central plant replacement project in Central London.

Working within a live commercial building, you'll be responsible for managing the project from planning through to commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors, programme, quality, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

The Role:

Reporting to the Project Director, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing programmes and day-to-day project delivery
\n
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and design teams
\n
• Planning shutdowns, plant changeovers and commissioning
\n
• Monitoring health & safety, quality and progress
\n
• Liaising with the client, consultants and site teams
\n
• Supporting project handover and commercial activities
\n

The project includes:

• Air & water source heat pumps
\n
• Boiler & chiller replacement
\n
• Heating & chilled water pipework
\n
• Pumps, BMS and associated plant
\n
• Major plant replacements, crane lifts and commissioning
\n

Experience required

\n
• A Building Services background (mechanical preferred)
\n
• Experience delivering plant replacement, energy or decarbonisation projects
\n
• Experience working in live commercial buildings
\n
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills
\n
• SMSTS or IOSH
\n
• CSCS Management Card
\n

Package

\n
• £70,000–£80,000 salary
\n
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
\n
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
\n
• Overtime available
\n
• Start date: Mid-August
\n
