Corporate Tax Manager

My Glasgow based client are currently hiring for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice with strong local and national opportunities for development.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing corporate tax calculations for a varied client base
\n
• Supporting more junior colleagues in preparing tax calculations and client facing work
\n
• Supporting their client portfolio and acting as a point of escalation for client queries
\n
• Supporting the business to deliver consultancy services to a wide range of clients
\n
• Management of the wider Tax team in location and remotely
\n

The relevant candidate will possess the following experience:

\n
• 3+ years in Corporate Tax
\n
• Experience of working in an advisory capacity to clients
\n
• Experience of supporting junior team members to create client facing reports
\n
• Experience of training and mentoring employees
\n
• Experience of enterprise corporation tax software would be beneficial
\n
• Practice experience would be highly beneficial
\n
