Hours: (Must be able to work following rotating shift pattern )

• WEEK 1: Mon - Fri 2pm-10pm
\n
• WEEK 2: Mon - Fri 6am-2pm
\n
• WEEK 3: Sun- Thur 10pm-6am
\n

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled and efficient Factory Operative to join our clients factory based in Bognor Regis. As a Factory Worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

• Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
\n
• Basic IT Literacy Skills
\n
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
\n
• Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
\n
• Good attendance and timekeeping
\n
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
\n
• Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the supervisor
\n
• Must be able to work in a team and independently
\n
• MUST be able to work all three shift patterns
