- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of engineering systems and automated equipment. \n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce downtime. \n
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day performance. \n
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for technical issues. \n
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. \n
- Assist with project planning, equipment upgrades, and installation activities. \n
- Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and performance data analysis. \n
- Support preventative maintenance programmes and reliability initiatives. \n

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline). \n
- Previous experience within logistics, manufacturing, distribution, automation, or a similar operational environment. \n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. \n
- Experience working with automated systems, conveyors, robotics, or warehouse technologies is advantageous. \n
- Knowledge of maintenance systems and engineering best practices. \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. \n
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment. \n
