About the Role:

\n

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting the delivery of a growing grants programme and helping to measure its impact across a variety of healthcare initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across the charity and NHS, you will play a key role in administering grants, supporting applicants and contributing to the evaluation of funded projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of grant programmes from application through to evaluation.
  • \n
  • Managing grant applications and providing guidance to applicants.
  • \n
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • \n
  • Monitoring funded projects and supporting impact reporting.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records and grant databases.
  • \n
  • Producing reports and supporting the coordination of grant-related events.
  • \n
  • Promoting funding opportunities and encouraging engagement across the organisation.
  • \n

Candidate Specification:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in grants administration, project coordination or a similar role.
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Experience monitoring projects or evaluating outcomes would be advantageous.
  • \n
  • Confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • \n
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • \n
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience maintaining databases.
  • \n
  • An interest in healthcare, charities or the public sector would be beneficial.
  • \n
