Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the supply chain, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and highlight potential risks.
  • \n
  • Manage the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, delivered on time, and meet customer requirements.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate account information and produce regular reports to support commercial decision-making.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
  • \n
  • Monitor supply chain performance and communicate any issues that may impact customer deliveries.
  • \n
  • Support the sales team by analysing sales performance and product trends, providing meaningful commercial insights.
  • \n
  • Ensure account administration is completed accurately, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n
  • Resolve customer queries and supply chain issues in a proactive and professional manner.

The Ideal Sales Analyst:

  • Previous experience in a Key Account, Customer Operations or Commercial Analyst role.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • \n
  • A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • \n
  • High attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
  • \n
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • \n
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
  • \n
  • The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced commercial environment.
