Murray McIntosh are currently seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to start work for a key client of ours, as detailed below:

Responsibilities & required experience:
\n
\n - Design, development, and evaluation of electronic hardware assemblies
\n - Producing and reviewing electronic schematics and PCB layouts
\n - Debugging electronic hardware and supporting board bring-up
\n - Investigating and resolving hardware design issues and defects
\n - Conducting EMC / EMI compliance testing and resolving related issues
\n - Creating and reviewing production and technical documentation
\n - Supporting customer issue resolution in collaboration with firmware and technical support teams
\n - Experience using CAD tools (Altium, ORCAD)
\n - Design-for-manufacture (DFM) understanding
\n - Experience working with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
