DESIGN MANAGER | WAKEFIELD Location: Wakefield (Office-Based with Regular Site Visits)Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + £5,000 Car AllowanceHoliday: 25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysI'm currently working with a well-established and growing main contractor based in Wakefield , specialising in the delivery of high-quality new build care home developments across the UK.Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, the business is seeking to appoint its first in-house Design Manager . This is a unique opportunity to establish and develop the design management function, influence business processes, and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major construction projects.The Role Based primarily from the company's Wakefield office , with regular travel to project sites, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to project completion.
