This Buyer role is perfect for someone ready to work autonomously whilst collaborating effectively across multifunctional teams.Key Responsibilities of the Buyer RoleManage contracts and supplier relationships across commercial programmesLead cross-functional coordination with design, programme, quality, and supply chain teamsMonitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditionsNegotiate pricing and drive cost reduction initiativesManage the Call For Tender (CFT) process and provide strategic recommendationsContribute to procurement and supply chain strategy developmentUpdate pricing information in SAP and release Purchase Orders as requiredWhat We're Looking ForProcurement experience or strong business acumen with procurement knowledgeCommercial, contract, or finance knowledgeExcellent stakeholder management and internal customer focusStrong communication and negotiation skills in EnglishSAP experience (basic level useful)Ability to travel occasionally for business purposesTeam player mentality with adaptability and integrityRole DetailsLocation: Filton, BristolContract Duration: Until August 2027 (possible extension)Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, 4.5 days (7am - 7pm, flexible)On-Site Requirement: 80% onsitePay Rate: £35.33 per hour (Umbrella) / £26.41 per hour (PAYE)Why This Buyer Role?This company values integrity, compliance, and sustainable growth.
