You will play a pivotal role in coordinating support for people who may be experiencing a range of difficulties, often simultaneously. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalised, strengths-based support plans focusing on building resilience, independence, and confidence.This role requires a person-centred approach, recognising the unique circumstances, abilities, and aspirations of everyone you work with. Many people accessing our services may have previously struggled to engage with traditional support systems, making creativity, persistence, and empathy essential qualities for success in this role.The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
