In fact, we never stand still, we work hard, make quick decisions and deliver to our ambitious goals every day.Our PM Shift also knows as Twilight typically runs 14:00-22:00 dependant on volumes working any 5 days in 7,full flexibility required to cover the operation.Job Purpose:Our PMShift Warehouse Supervisor is a key role working with our Day Shift Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day operation in our Depot where you will lead teams ofLoaders, Sorters and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites in to smaller geographic areas to be delivered to the final customer.About the Role:Youll be joining our business as a key member of the Depot Management team. Working under the Dayshift Manager, you will support your Depot by providing strong man-management to all front-line staff on your shift.You will supervise a mixed team of contracted and agency staff across our day shifts. This Shift is key to our business as it is when we process the growing returns part of our business as well as parcels collected from our network of Parcel Shops.We are looking for like minded Professionals who can motivate, manage and where necessary discipline a diverse workforce to get the best out of them.Responsibilities:Manage a team of up to 30 direct reports providing leadership and direction for the shiftDevelop and train reports and ensure SLAs are hit for the day shiftEnsure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulationsProcess BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and LoadersManage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverablesEssential skills and experience required:Managementexperience of leading and managing a teamMustbe able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlinesExperience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantagePCLiterate with a working knowledge of Microsoft officeAnunderstanding of Transport regulationsGoodcommunicator and able to liaise at all levelsFlexibleapproach to work to meet business requirementsThis role offers fantastic opportunities for you to climb the career ladder into managerial roles within both the function and wider businessIf youre motivated by building, shaping and delivering growth in a fast-moving commercial logistics environment, wed like to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
