Engagement Lead - Service DeliveryLocation: London / HybridMy client is looking for a highly experienced Engagement Lead to join a growing consultancy and play a pivotal role in delivering transformational outcomes for some of the UK's most recognised organisations.As Engagement Lead, you will act as a key member of their consulting team, working directly with senior client stakeholders to analyse complex environments, lead consulting engagements, and deliver high-quality outcomes against defined timelines. The successful candidate will combine consulting expertise with specialist methodologies to help transform IT and digital capabilities.As Operational Engagement Lead you will :Lead senior-level client engagements and consulting assignments.Analyse complex IT and digital operating environments.Produce high-quality deliverables, presentations, and client-facing documentation.Drive digital transformation and organisational change initiatives.Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Within this role you will be able to demonstrate the following :Extensive expertise within a consulting or advisory environment.Proven experience delivering consultative engagements and client-focused outcomes.Expertise in one or more of the following areas: IT & Digital Operating Model DevelopmentProcess DesignOrganisation DesignService IntegrationSIAMService ManagementExperience leading digital change and IT transformation programmes.Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including business case development and approvals.Experience managing IT and digital teams at a senior level.A solid understanding of modern Service Management practices.This role will necessitate travel to client sites and ability to work on a hybrid basis.In return, you will be offered an attractive salary and benefits package.TPBN1_UKTJ
