This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced export environment.As a key member of a small team, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of international shipments while continuously seeking opportunities to improve performance and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end export administration process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliantDeliver exceptional customer service to our international customers and distributors, managing inbound and outbound customer communicationsPrepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documentsCoordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveriesEnsure compliance with international trade regulations and export proceduresApply and interpret Incoterms accurately when processing customer orders and shipmentsMonitor export activities and resolve any shipping or documentation issues efficientlyIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service levelsSupport colleagues across the business and contribute positively to a collaborative team environmentUndertake any other reasonable task as requested by the Head of International or other senior managers within the Company - Carry out these tasks in an enthusiastic and proactive mannerAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an export administration roleA strong understanding of Incoterms and international export documentationExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TeamsA proactive mindset with a genuine desire to identify improvements and drive better performanceStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailThe ability to prioritise workloads and work effectivelyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA collaborative approach and the ability to work successfully within a small teamA positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to support others and take ownership of responsibilitiesWhat's on OfferBonus Scheme25 days Annual Leave + bank holidays, rising by 1 day for every 2 years of service, up to 30 daysContributory Pension SchemeShare Incentive PlanDiscounted Millers Oils ProductsDeath in Service BenefitHealth Cash PlanEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSocial ClubIf you are an experienced Export Administrator who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in delivering high standards, and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done, we'd love to hear from you.How to Apply:If you have the skills and experience required for this position, click "apply" today and check your inbox for an email providing more information on how to complete your application and provide any other supporting documents.
