PM Warehouse Operations Manager - Ashby-de-la-Zouch - £50,000 - £55,000 + PackageThe RoleThis PM Warehouse Operations Manager opportunity is with a well-established 3PL business based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, operating within a fast-paced, customer-focused warehousing environment.The business is looking for a hands-on PM Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the afternoon/evening operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy and customer service standards are consistently achieved. You'll have full responsibility for the shift, leading operational teams while driving a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.Working closely with the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain function, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the warehouse while supporting the site's continued growth and customer performance.The PM shift offers flexibility, typically operating around 2:00pm - 10:00pm (or equivalent).Key responsibilitiesLeading the PM warehouse operation, ensuring service, productivity and quality targets are consistently achievedManaging, coaching and developing warehouse leadership teams and operational colleaguesDriving a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement across the shiftMonitoring warehouse KPIs and implementing initiatives to improve operational performanceManaging labour planning and resource allocation to maximise operational efficiencyEnsuring Health & Safety, compliance and housekeeping standards are maintained at all timesWorking closely with transport and the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operational flowBuilding strong customer relationships and ensuring service level agreements are consistently achievedLeading operational improvement projects to enhance productivity, accuracy and overall site performanceKey experienceProven experience operating as a PM Warehouse Operations Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, Warehouse Shift Manager or Warehouse Manager within a fast-paced 3PL environmentStrong leadership experience managing large operational teams in high-volume warehouse operationsExperience driving warehouse KPIs, productivity and customer service performanceGood understanding of labour planning, operational compliance and Health & Safety best practiceDemonstrable success implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives within warehouse operationsExperience operating within a Logistics distribution and supply chain environmentStrong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skillsA hands-on leadership style with the ability to make decisions and drive performance in a fast-paced operational environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
