Female Support Worker
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Female Support Worker within our Bury Learning Disabilities Services to provide person centered support to people with learning disabilities, physical needs and support needs, living in a supported living setting.
\nYou must have a good understanding of learning disabilities and person centered practice, as well as a commitment to developing the service and the staff team.
\nEnable service users to gain independence, confidence and competence in following areas:

- Social skills/relationships \n
- Personal care & hygiene \n
- Daily living skills \n
- Managing money \n
- Using community resources and facilities \n
- Social, leisure and work activities \n
- Self-organisation and coping abilities \n
- Personal safety \n
