About the Opportunity

Are you a professional, organised, and personable individual looking to make a positive impact in a healthcare setting? We are seeking a Receptionist to join a friendly and office in Littlemore, Oxford, on a minimum 10-week temporary assignment with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a rewarding environment, where you'll play a key role in ensuring patients and visitors receive a warm and efficient service from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, and professionals in a friendly and professional manner
\n
• Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
\n
• Booking, amending, and confirming appointments
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and updating information on internal systems
\n
• Providing administrative support to the wider team
\n
• Ensuring the reception area remains organised, presentable, and welcoming
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
\n

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Be confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
\n
• Remain calm, professional, and organised in a busy environment
\n
• Have previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, customer service, or healthcare setting (desirable)
\n
• Be reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
\n
• Demonstrate a compassionate and patient-focused approach
\n
