You’ll Need

\n
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between branches
\n
• Experience in sales management and the motor retail industry
\n
• Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer law & trade practices
\n
• Leadership skills to motivate a sales team
\n

Your Role

• Achieve monthly sales and profit targets
\n
• Maximise add-on product sales and profitability
\n
• Promote brand awareness via social media & digital channels
\n
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance
\n
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Set and monitor team sales targets
\n
• Manage stock turnover, market penetration, and showroom space
\n
• Improve showroom conversion rates and customer satisfaction
\n
• Oversee financial operations and departmental budgets
\n
• Liaise with managers, manufacturers, and marketing teams
\n

Nice to Have

• Experience running a department, training staff, and organising sales operations
\n
