- Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of complex needs. \n
- Build positive, professional relationships that promote independence and recovery. \n
- Deliver person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed support. \n
- Offer advice, guidance and signposting to appropriate services and community resources. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and support plans. \n
- Work closely with housing providers, healthcare professionals and other agencies to coordinate effective support. \n
- Safeguard vulnerable adults and follow relevant safeguarding procedures. \n
- Travel between services across the South West, supporting teams where additional cover is required. \n
- Adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly to meet service needs. \n

- We're looking for someone who is compassionate, adaptable and confident working with people facing complex challenges. \n
- You will ideally have: \n
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults within housing, homelessness, mental health, substance misuse or related services. \n
- An understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities. \n
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a wider team. \n
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required). \n
- The flexibility to travel regularly across Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, Wiltshire, Somerset and North Somerset, with occasional early starts where required. \n

- £28,655 annual salary. \n
