Finance Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join an established business based in Woodbridge.

You will lead day-to-day financial operations and provide commercial insight to support business decision-making. Hybrid and flexible working is available.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments
\n
• Produce financial reports relating accounts payables, accounts receivables and expenses
\n
• Manage cashflow and payments in detail
\n
• Collate monthly payroll and ensure processes are properly followed
\n
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting
\n
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
\n
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes
\n

Key skills:

\n
• Qualified accountant or Qualified by Experience with relevant hands-on experience
\n
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
\n
• Strong commercial skills
\n
• Excellent knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial controls
\n
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance systems
\n
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
\n
