International Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience in localisation, translation, transcreation, brand implementation, creative production, artwork or FMCG packaging?

We are working with a highly successful London-based FMCG packaging agency that works with leading retailers and global consumer brands. They are looking for an organised and detail-focused International Project Manager to manage complex projects across multiple European markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing international projects, building strong client relationships and coordinating teams to deliver accurate, high-quality work.

As the business continues to grow across Europe, they are looking for a talented Project Manager to become a key member of the team, taking ownership of important client accounts and supporting the delivery of packaging, artwork and brand implementation projects.

As International Project Manager, you will manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring every stage is completed accurately, efficiently and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing international projects across multiple European markets
\n
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
\n
• Coordinating localisation, translation, artwork and brand implementation workflows
\n
• Managing project timelines, budgets, approvals and delivery schedules
\n
• Working closely with artwork teams, designers, production partners and internal stakeholders
\n
• Supporting packaging adaptations and market-specific requirements
\n
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail
\n
• Identifying risks, resolving issues and improving project delivery processes
\n

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

You will have:

• Proven experience managing projects from brief through to completion
\n
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
\n
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities
\n
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Confidence working with international teams
\n
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
\n
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
\n

Fluent English is essential.

Additional European languages including Dutch, German or French would be advantageous but are not essential.
