The Role As a General Warehouse Operative, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operation, helping to ensure goods are received, stored, packed, and dispatched efficiently. • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
\n
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
\n
• Safely handling and moving stock, including heavy lifting of up to 20kg
\n
• Storing products in designated warehouse locations
\n
• Conducting stock checks and supporting inventory management
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
\n
• Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet trucks and forklifts (full training provided where required)
\n
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
\n

What We're Looking For\n

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is beneficial but not essential
\n
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
\n
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
\n
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
\n
• Additional Mandarin language skills are highly advantageous
