In-house Commercial Lawyer (Part-time - 3 Days Per Week)12 Month fixed term contractWarwickshire (on site role)£50K - £60K (Full time equivalent)3+ PQEAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded lawyer to join a well-established and highly respected UK business in a part-time, in-house role based in Warwickshire. This position offers varied and interesting work across a broad commercial remit, including:\n
\n - Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
\n - Advising on day-to-day legal and business matters
\n - Supporting with a range of dispute and contentious issues
\n - Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
\n
The role would suit a lawyer with around 3+ years’ PQE, ideally with some prior in-house experience, although candidates moving from private practice with strong commercial exposure will also be considered. It may particularly appeal to:\n
