\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, polished and highly organised Receptionist/Office Manager to join a successful and growing organisation based in the heart of Mayfair.
\nThis Receptionist/Office Manager role is ideal for an individual with 2–3 years’ experience within a corporate, customer service or hospitality environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As the face of the business, the Receptionist/Office Manager will create outstanding first impressions and provide a first-class experience for clients, visitors and internal stakeholders.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nAs Receptionist/Office Manager, you will:

- Meet and greet clients, ensuring a premium customer experience \n
- Set up meeting rooms and manage room bookings \n
- Support day-to-day office operations and administration \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building management \n
- Assist the Executive Assistant to the CEO and wider senior management team \n
- Organise and manage quarterly staff social events \n
- Take ownership of the annual social events budget \n
- Develop creative ideas to enhance employee engagement and office culture \n
About You
\nTo be successful in this Receptionist/Office Manager position, you will have:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience \n
- Ideally a mix of corporate and hospitality experience \n
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills \n
- A confident and professional manner \n
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients \n
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities \n
- A creative flair and enthusiasm for organising events \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word \n
