We are currently recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join a busy transport and logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced delivery driver looking for a long-term career with the potential to secure a permanent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and installing premium bed bases and mattresses into customers' homes across London and the South East. You will be the face of the business, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and install bed bases and mattresses in customers' homes.
\n
• Drive a 3.5-tonne Luton van safely and professionally.
\n
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
\n
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard.
\n
• Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery.
\n
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
\n
• Adapt to changing schedules, traffic conditions, and customer requirements.
\n
• Work collaboratively as part of the transport team.
\n
• Follow company procedures, policies, and administrative requirements.
\n
• Maintain service levels and achieve delivery targets.
\n
• Undertake additional duties as required.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is essential.
\n
• Comfortable entering customers' homes and representing the business professionally.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\n
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
\n
• Able to manage challenges independently while out on the road.
\n
• Physically fit, as lifting and installing products will be required.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n

Working Hours

\n
• 45 hours per week
\n
• Monday to Friday
\n
• Varying start times from 6:30am
\n
• Finish time depends on completion of the day's delivery schedule
\n
• Overnight stay required approximately every other week\n
