Company Secretary Edinburgh HybridWe're working with a briliant highly respected, professional services firm looking to hire a Company Secretary to supporta portfolio of clients.This is a standalone Company Secretarial role with genuine ownership and autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to expert and taking full responsibility for the company secretarial function.The role?You’ll manage company secretarial services across a substantial portfolio of entities, working closely with lawyers, clients and stakeholders on a broad range of corporate governance and statutory compliance matters. Companies House filings, including Confirmation Statements and dormant accounts Maintaining statutory books and registers Drafting board minutes and board resolutions Managing share allotments, transfers and dividends Leading on company incorporations Managing registered office mail and Inform Direct Acting as the primary point of contact for all company secretarial mattersAbout you? Proven experience in a Company Secretary or Company Secretarial role Strong knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance and statutory compliance Experience dealing with Companies House filings and statutory registers Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence communicating with lawyers, clients and external stakeholders The ability to work independently and take ownership of your workloadWhat’s in it for you?
