We are looking for a motivated individual to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness in our assigned properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.The Role As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned properties, ensuring that they are always prepared for guests. Your role will involve managing pre-arrival setups, during-stay services, and departure cleaning, while maintaining cleanliness in various areas and following health and safety procedures.Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned properties to the highest standards, ensuring they are always guest-ready.
\n
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, staircases, lifts, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas using appropriate products and equipment.
\n
• Run water outlets regularly to prevent legionella growth, record results, and report fluctuations.
\n
• Periodically turn mattresses and manage pre-arrival, during-stay, and departure cleaning.
\n
• Secure properties, ensuring alarms are correctly set and only authorised individuals enter.
\n
• Report maintenance issues and discrepancies in laundry or other services to your supervisor.
\n
• Assist with stock takes, monitor equipment, and ensure timely replacements.
\n
• Maintain crockery, cutlery, and table linen, and report damages.
\n
• Fulfil guest requests promptly, manage food orders, and care for house pets or children when required.
\n
• Follow all Health and Safety regulations and handle manual tasks as needed.
\n

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:

• Is able to speak and understand English.
\n
• Has experience in professional housekeeping and can handle the physical demands of the role (preferred).
\n
• Has training in the safe handling of hazardous chemicals (preferred).
\n
• Holds a valid UK driver's license, preferably manual (preferred).
\n
