Warehouse Worker / HGV Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse worker who also has class 2 driving experience for our prestigious client based in Horsham .The role would involve primarily working in the warehouse ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work but is also happy to step into a driving role when required .The job description\n

\n
• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
\n
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
\n
• Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and general warehouse organisation
\n
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
\n
• Providing HGV Class 2 delivery cover when required (local multi-drop routes)
\n
• Loading vehicles safely and completing delivery paperwork
\n

Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times The ideal candidate would possess the below \n

\n
• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
\n
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
\n
• Flexible approach – happy to work mainly in the warehouse with occasional driving duties to cover as required
\n
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude
\n
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
\n
• Valid Forklift licences (Counterbalance and/or Reach would be useful but training can be provided)
