We are currently recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Reception Assistant to join a busy residential/site team in Edinburgh. This is a varied role suited to someone who is confident dealing with people, flexible with shift work, and comfortable responding to on-site issues when required. Full training will be provided for all compliance and safety-related duties. Main Duties\n

• General reception desk duties
\n
• Welcoming visitors and contractors to site
\n
• Maintaining sign in/sign out logs
\n
• Resolving door lock issues when required (full training provided)
\n
• Responding to fire alarms if required (full training provided)
\n
• Conducting Means of Escape walks to ensure fire exits remain clear
\n
• Ad hoc cleaning and tidying duties around the property
\n
