The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join a well-established and growing plant and tool hire business based in Edmonton.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within the general tool hire industry and be confident leading a busy workshop while ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the day-to-day running of the workshop.
\n
• Managing the servicing, maintenance and repair of hire equipment.
\n
• Ensuring equipment is prepared and ready for customer hire.
\n
• Supporting and motivating workshop staff.
\n
• Maintaining high health and safety standards.
\n
• Liaising with the hire desk and other departments.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous Workshop Supervisor experience
\n
• Strong background in general tool hire or plant hire.
\n
• Good mechanical knowledge.
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Be able to commute to Edmonton / North London area easily
\n

Due to the nature of this role, previous experience within the plant hire, tool hire or related industry is essential
