• Improve production efficiency by reducing downtime and waste
\n
• Maintain high quality standards through SOP compliance, operator training, and quality monitoring.
\n
• Lead and engage the team through daily shift briefings, performance management and employee support.
\n
• Drive improvements by reducing inefficiencies and maintaining 5S housekeeping standards.
\n

Production Superviser Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications\n

\n
• Previously worked in a Production Supervisor role or similar within the automotive industry
\n
• Experience managing a team, including performance management
\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving
\n
