About the Role

An excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, highly regulated logistics team supporting pharmaceutical shipments. You’ll ensure products are delivered safely, compliantly, and on time, working closely with internal teams, clients, and courier partners.

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Manage imports and exports, including preparation and review of customs documentation.
  • \n
  • Provide accurate clearance and export paperwork.
  • \n
  • Enter shipment details into the courier ERP system to support smooth collections and deliveries.
  • \n
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • \n
  • Support general administrative tasks as required.
  • \n

Experience & Skills

\n
    \n
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated and/or logistics environment.
  • \n
  • Confident using electronic systems, with strong Excel and Word skills.
  • \n
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • \n
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • \n
  • Able to support and guide colleagues where needed.
  • \n

Salary & Hours:

    \n
  • £15.86 per hour
  • \n
  • Standard hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm
  • \n
\n
