Maintenance Engineer

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting: We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer for a permanent position based with our client in Sheffield Immediate start available (subject to interview process) Salary is £37,320.00 per annum (depending on experience) Job description: Reporting to our Engineering Manager, you will manage site maintenance, breakdowns, and servicing at our Sheffield production facility. Key Equipment Experience Conveyors Pumps Extraction equipment Forklift trucksResponsibilities Minimise facility downtime via scheduled PPM. Maintain accurate site equipment records. Fix mechanical plant breakdowns. Manage and maintain spare parts stock. Coordinate servicing windows with production teams. Comply strictly with site health and safety rules.Required Skills MIG welding and fabrication experience (essential). Background in Maintenance Engineering roles. Proven track record in fault-finding and diagnosis. Basic electrical knowledge (highly advantageous).
