Site Manager / Working Foreman – York – Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman to oversee a building refurbishment project based in York, with an immediate start available. Job Details: Location: York Rate: £270–£300 per day (DOE) Start: ASAP / Monday ⏱ Full-time hours Duties Will Include: Managing the day-to-day running of a live building site Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives Overseeing refurbishment and minor building works Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and health & safety inspections Liaising with the client, subcontractors and project team Monitoring quality, programme and site progress Ordering materials and coordinating site deliveries Completing daily site diaries and progress reports Assisting with site activities where required Requirements: SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Previous experience managing commercial building or refurbishment projects Strong communication and organisational skills Apply now for immediate consideration or for more information , call/text Kayden on (phone number removed) for more details LDS
