This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional legal environment. Working closely alongside experienced fee earners, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth progression of residential property transactions. The Role You will provide high-quality administrative and technical support to the residential conveyancing team, assisting with the management and progression of a varied caseload. Key responsibilities include:\n

• Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing matters.
\n
• Opening new files and preparing relevant documentation.
\n
• Assisting with the progression of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
\n
• Preparing correspondence and legal documents.
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
\n
• Carrying out updates and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the transaction.
\n
• Managing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Ensuring files are maintained in line with internal processes and compliance requirements.
\n

About You:\n

• Previous experience working within a residential conveyancing environment.
\n
• A good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
\n
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• A confident telephone manner and strong client care skills.
\n
• The ability to manage competing priorities and support a busy team.
\n
• A proactive and positive approach to their work.
\n
