Equifind is exclusively working with one of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing hospitality businesses to find an exceptional Head of Finance.

This is a pivotal leadership role at a brand that has built a cult following and is rapidly expanding across retail, e-commerce and its own restaurant estate.

Critically, this role comes with a clear and credible pathway to Finance Director as the business scales — a genuine opportunity to grow into a C-suite position alongside a brand on a serious growth trajectory.

The Role

Reporting into the leadership team, you'll own the full finance function — from management accounts and board reporting to cash flow, compliance and team leadership. Just as importantly, you'll be a true commercial partner: translating financial data into insight that drives decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, management accounts and month-end close
\n
• Own budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning
\n
• Produce board packs and lead performance reviews with senior stakeholders
\n
• Develop KPIs across production, fulfilment, customer acquisition and profitability
\n
• Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital
\n
• Oversee VAT, PAYE, audit and statutory compliance
\n
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Technology teams
\n
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
\n
• Drive finance system improvements through automation and AI
\n

About You

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
\n
• Proven experience as Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
\n
• Background in hospitality, food production or manufacturing
\n
• Strong commercial acumen — comfortable influencing beyond the numbers
\n
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
\n
• Hands-on, collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
\n
• Confident presenting to senior leadership
\n
