\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n- \n
- Managing your own caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters with minimal supervision \n
- Advising on a broad range of disputes including commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder and director disputes, contentious probate matters, asset and debt recovery, and alternative dispute resolution \n
- Representing a diverse client base including individuals, SMEs, corporate clients, insurers, and in-house legal teams \n
- Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk, and commercial solutions \n
- Drafting high-quality correspondence, pleadings, and legal documentation \n
- Supporting clients through negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings where required \n
About you:
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales \n
- Around 2-5 years' PQE \n
- Strong commercial litigation experience with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently \n
