This isn't a price fight. You'll sell measurable savings and sustainability: less plastic, less energy, less labour, lower CO2, better pallet stability. A consultative, technical, value-based sale - the kind of conversation buyers actually want to have right now.

What you'll do:

• Hunt and develop new distributors and key accounts across your patch
\n
• Train distributor teams to sell the value story, not the price
\n
• Audit customer production lines and show them exactly where the savings are
\n
• Own your territory - budget, forecasting, pricing input, KPIs
\n

What you'll need:

\n
• 4+ years B2B sales, ideally in packaging / stretch film / flexible or plastic packaging
\n
• A genuine hunter mentality and business development track record
\n
• Comfort with technical, consultative selling and 60%+ travel
\n
• Someone who thrives out in front of customers, not behind a desk
\n
