FP&A Senior Analyst (Maternity Cover)

We're looking for an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst to join a global agency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering. You'll work closely with senior finance leaders, regional leadership teams, and client-facing stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that support business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading FP&A activities across the UK and MEA regions, ensuring continuity throughout the contract.
\n
• Delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
\n
• Developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and using SQL to analyse complex datasets.
\n
• Partnering with Sales, Client, and Practice leaders to support pipeline forecasting, pricing, and commercial decision-making.
\n
• Identifying risks and opportunities while driving reporting and process improvements.
\n

We're looking for someone with:

• Significant FP&A experience, ideally within professional services, communications, or a consultancy environment.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent business partnering skills.
\n
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Power BI, CRM systems, and data warehouse reporting.
\n
• The ability to adapt quickly, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a dynamic, evolving business.
