\n\nDuties
\nReporting directly to the Contract Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor works across a variety of mechanical and electrical building services systems. The role will involve both hands-on technical support and supervisory responsibilities, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Supervise the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites. \n
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and subcontractors. \n
- Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirements and health & safety legislation. \n
- Carry out fault diagnosis and assist with complex maintenance issues where required. \n
- Monitor service delivery performance and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales. \n
- Produce detailed reports, site findings and recommendations for remedial works. \n
- Manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors where necessary. \n
- Complete and review maintenance records via CAFM systems. \n
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional service delivery. \n
Essential Requirements

- Recognised City & Guilds qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline. \n
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience within Building Services or Facilities Management. \n
- Previous experience supervising engineers within a maintenance environment. \n
- Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services systems. \n
- Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within occupied commercial environments. \n
- Previous experience using CAFM systems. \n
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and maintenance record keeping. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
