Employee Relations Advisor Liverpool Initial 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Potential to Extend to 12 Months)£33,000 - £35,000

\nWe're partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their friendly, collaborative HR team during a particularly busy period.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established team, supporting managers across a wide range of employee relations matters while playing an important role in delivering a responsive and effective HR service.
\nOffered on an initial six-month fixed-term contract, there is strong potential for this opportunity to be extended for a further six months.
\n\nThe Role
\nThis is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive Employee Relations team, where you'll work closely with managers to provide practical advice and guidance across a variety of employee relations matters. You'll play an important role in managing cases effectively and ensuring managers receive a professional, responsive HR service.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Providing advice and guidance to managers across a range of employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and suspension cases. \n
- Managing a varied caseload, ensuring cases are progressed effectively and records are accurately maintained. \n
- Supporting managers through formal processes, including preparing meeting documentation, arranging meetings and capturing key information where required. \n
- Liaising with Occupational Health providers and supporting the management of related reports. \n
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal administration, including preparing and uploading documentation when required. \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider HR function to deliver a consistent and high-quality advisory service. \n
About You
\nWe're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for supporting managers through employee relations challenges.
\nYou'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar HR advisory role. \n
- Experience managing a busy caseload, including absence, disciplinary and grievance matters. \n
- Confidence providing advice and guidance to managers, particularly over the telephone. \n
- Experience working within a high-volume HR advisory, shared services or employee relations environment. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands. \n
- A good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. \n
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable style. \n
