Weekly pay Excellent rates of pay from £14.80 per hour Valuable experience in a leadership position with excellent career development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities As Night Manager, you will be responsible for: Supervising the overnight team and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout every shift Supporting the Front Office Manager with the day-to-day running of the department, including operations and staffing Briefing overnight colleagues on VIP arrivals, group bookings and special guest requests Acting as Duty Manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager Handling guest concerns, resolving issues and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times Overseeing Night Audit procedures, financial transactions and front office accounting Updating reservations, booking confirmations, cancellations and amendments accurately Coordinating arrivals, departures and overnight room service requirements Preparing daily reports and ensuring clear handovers between departments Supporting operational projects as required by senior managementWhat we're looking for We're looking for a Night Guest Service Manager or experienced hospitality professional who has: Previous experience as a Night Manager in a hotel Experience using Opera PMS Strong leadership and communication skills Experience within front office operations and guest services Good knowledge of reservations, Night Audit and hotel systems Excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure A proactive approach and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiencesIf you're looking for your next opportunity as a Night Manager in Brighton, we'd love to hear from you.
