Deburrer – Aerospace Manufacturing Permanent (3 Shifts Available) Competive Salary + Benefits Based in Derby We are recruiting for an experienced Deburrer to join a leading aerospace manufacturing business producing high-quality precision components. In this role, you'll be responsible for deburring, grinding and polishing aerospace parts to engineering drawings, ensuring components meet the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing: Removing burrs and sharp edges using hand and air tools Grinding and polishing steel and aluminium components Working to engineering drawings and specifications Using measuring and inspection equipment Carrying out visual inspections of completed parts What we're looking for: Experience using hand and air tools, including scrapers, rotary tools and air grinders Previous deburring, grinding and polishing experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and work to engineering drawings Experience using measuring and inspection equipment Shift Options: Days: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-6:00pm (48 hours) Nights: Monday-Thursday, 6:00pm-6:00am (48 hours) Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:00pm (36 hours) Benefits: Shift Allowance Premium 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) 5% pension contribution Life assurance (3x annual salary) If you're an experienced Deburrer looking to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer, please apply now
