Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment A leading global real estate and facilities management business is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across a portfolio of prestigious professional services clients. Working within high-end occupied environments, you'll manage refurbishment and capital projects while building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in client-facing environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Manage projects from concept through to completion. * Coordinate contractors and consultants. * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. * Build trusted relationships with client representatives. * Produce project documentation and reporting. * Maintain high standards of quality throughout delivery. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects. * Strong client-facing experience. * Excellent organisational skills. * Exceptional communication skills. * Professional presentation and attention to detail. * Ability to work within high-profile occupied environments.
