Our international client is recognised for handling complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional matters across a broad range of contentious areas.
\nThe Banking & Finance Disputes team is renowned for its expertise in financial and regulatory disputes. Lawyers advise financial institutions, corporates and individuals on complex financial products, regulatory investigations and commercial disputes, often involving cross-border litigation, urgent injunctive relief and asset tracing. The team delivers strategic, commercially-focussed advice which helps clients achieve their objectives through litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
\nOur client is looking for an Associate with a minimum of 3 years' solid commercial litigation experience (and an interest in finance and banking disputes) to join the growing London team. You will work on sophisticated, high-profile matters, while supporting Partners, developing client relationships and contributing to business development.
